Sunbury United Sporting Club is committed to protecting the privacy of our members, patrons, staff and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We do not sell or trade personal information.
Sensitive information (including identification documents and Responsible Gambling records) is handled with a higher level of confidentiality and accessed only by authorised personnel.

Personal information is retained only for as long as required by law or operational needs.
CCTV operates on Club premises for safety, security and compliance purposes. Footage is accessed only by authorised personnel and may be provided to regulators or law enforcement where legally required.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us. We may require identity verification before processing your request.
If you believe your privacy has been breached, you may lodge a complaint with Club Management. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
